Payment Testing
Generate realistic ISO-20022 test traffic against the live USDtd Ledger, to a random wallet in the chosen recipient scope β€” test-segment by default (D-006), or client/both on testnet (D-071; the fire still credits exactly that wallet). USDC mode (default) drives the real deposit (USDC in β†’ mint dUSDC) and redemption (burn β†’ USDC out) paths. USD/FBO mode is the alternate simulated-fiat path (D-069).
Fire one test payment
One test payment in the selected mode (USDC deposit/redeem, or USD/FBO), to a random wallet in the recipient scope set under Auto-generator, with randomized ISO ultimate parties.

Fires on an interval, bounded by a max count AND a max duration. Auto-disarms the instant either cap is hit. Always kill-switchable. Boot is always disarmed.
